Acquisition
We buy the entire building outright, with our own capital and no intermediaries. We assess the property as it stands: tenanted or vacant, with or without an existing horizontal division.

Horizontal division
We constitute the building under the horizontal property regime before a notary. Each home receives its own independent Land Registry entry, its share of the common elements and its own cadastral reference.

Refurbishment
We refurbish common areas and interiors: structure and building services, accessibility, energy efficiency, and a certificate of occupancy for every home.

Individual sale
We market each home separately, with complete and compliant registry, technical and energy documentation from day one.
